With over 10 years of experience in HR and team development, one thing has always stayed the same. I genuinely love supporting people through growth, change, and transformation. From navigating workplace challenges to finding confidence in new paths, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people feel supported and seen. That’s why I created this practice, to help people from all walks of life move forward with clarity and purpose.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technology from the University of South Florida. I’m currently finishing my PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University, where my passion for understanding the mind and human behavior continues to grow.
As a psychology-based practitioner, I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to offer life coaching and business consulting that support both healing and growth. Whether you are working through personal challenges or professional transitions, I am here to help you create a meaningful path forward that feels aligned, empowered, and sustainable.

The Science Behind Flow State and Mindfulness at Work
The flow state, often referred to as “being in the zone,” is a psychological state of optimal experience where a person is fully immersed in an activity, feeling focused, energized, and completely absorbed in what they’re doing. This state has been shown to profoundly impact both high performance and a sense of calmness.
Mindfulness at work refers to the practice of applying mindfulness techniques and principles to the professional environment. It involves being fully present and attentive to the tasks, interactions, and experiences that unfold during the workday. Mindfulness at work is about cultivating a focused and non-judgmental awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surroundings, even in the midst of a busy and demanding work setting. This practice can have numerous benefits for both employees and organizations.
